New Bonus Program in Real chain

From 16th September, Real customers can participate in multipartner bonus program PAYBACK enabling them to collect points while shopping and exchange them into awards.

„Customers’ satisfaction is a priority for Real chain – we constantly analyze their needs and adept our activity to them. Therefore we decided to upgrade our loyalty program Dziesiątka and make it more attractive by becoming a partner of PAYBACK”  – says Kef van Helbergen, Managing director of Real.
Apart from Real, the Program has many attractive partners from retail and service sector: Allegro, BP, BZ WBK, Fly.pl, Kolporter, Mix Electronics, Orange, Telekomunikacja Polska and Orbis Hotel Group.

PAYBACK to is a Program for conscious customers who want to save money, at the same time gaining additional benefits very easily and quickly. New Program offers many options of points’ exchange. Participants of the Program get 1 PAYBACK point for each 2 PLN spent in Reals throughout Poland.  Additionally, the chain will organize special promotions and provide the participants with exclusive offers.
Even 500 points are enough to benefit from attractive rewards. There are: multimedia equipment, special events, products and services in many categories. Points can also be exchanged into vouchers for shopping at Real or donated to charity organization – Federation of Polish Food Banks in the action “Points for the People in Need”.

The card is available free of charge. The customers may choose classic PAYBACK bonus card or PAYBACK MasterCard. Additional card can be given to a close person so that the points can be collected on a joint account and are gained quickly. Cards of all the partners have the same functions each – PAYBACK card issued in Real can be used with all other partners of the program. During the shopping, the card is scanned at the cash register.
The participants can easily check their saldo of points on www.payback.pl or via e-mail. They will also be sent such information by post. Real also plans to provide the customers with special terminals in the stores, where the participants will also check how many PAYBACK points they have collected.
