real,- Hypermarkets is giving career opportunities to the students who study at Retail departments of vocational schools in a collaboration with The Ministry of National Education. real,- Hypermarkets -which has already been paired with the vocational schools in the cities where it operates- gives young people the opportunity to have trainings in the retail sector and to get to know more about retail industry.

As the modern retailing industry has been developing seriously in the recent years, real,- Hypermarkets is aiming to make more and more young people meet retail sector. real,- Hypermarkets, which aims to raise the future leaders of retail sector, offers career opportunities to the young students who study at Retailing departments of vocational schools in collaboration with Directorate General of Trade and Tourism Teaching of The Ministry of National Education.

Within the framework of this project, real,- aims to help these students have trainings, have the opportunity to work for real,- Hypermarkets after their graduation and to inform the students and their parents about the sector and to develop the teachers’ vocational competences.

With the agreement, which was signed by The Head of Directorate General of Trade and Tourism Teaching of The Ministry of National Education, Murat Bey Balta, and Human Resources Director of real,- Hypermarkets, Sema Albulak, the cooperation between real,- and determined vocational schools is going to continue for three years. In her speech at the press conference, Human Resources Director of real,- Hypermarkets, Sema Albulak, stated that: "By means of this cooperation, we are investing both in western and eastern regions of Turkey and raising our own retail leaders."
