NEW PROGRAM OF CUSTOMER GUARANTEES IN SAINT-PETERSBURG STORES

Started from 1st of July real,- Hypermarket-Russia has launched an unprecedented program “We do not promise but guarantee!”, which is intended to improve the quality of shopping at real,- stores in Saint-Petersburg.

In March 2009, the company held a customers` opinion research to find out how a perfect store should look like. The program of guarantees for the customers has been worked out on the basis of the research results and reflects all major wishes and requests of the customers.
