Roland Neuwald (46), Chief Executive Officer Roland Neuwald joined METRO Group in 1998, held several leadership positions in Operations and later in Purchasing at Real and was announced as Spokesman of the Extra Management Board in 2003. Since August 2006, Roland Neuwald was responsible for integrating the German Wal-Mart stores into the company, before he was appointed in March 2007 to his position as COO at real,- Germany.
	Dr. Hans-Joerg Gidlewitz (46), Chief Administration Officer In February 2009, Dr. Gidlewitz was appointed CAO at real,- Group (real,- Germany and real,- International). He has been working for METRO Group since 2000, where he was head of “International Controlling” at Metro Cash & Carry until February 2005. He has been responsible for “Planning & Controlling” at METRO AG for about four years.
	Bernd Mediger (57), Chief Operating Officer Bernd Mediger joined METRO Group in 1994 as Managing Director TIP national, Deutsche SB-Kauf AG. After his responsibility as Regional Manager for Real from 2000 to 2003, Bernd Mediger joined the Management Board of extra-Verbrauchermärkte, where he was assigned as Chair in November 2006. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Representative Real Estate/Location Development for Real SB-Warenhaus GmbH and in January 2010 additionally Member of the Managing Board Grillpfanne GmbH.
	Joerg Kramer (48), Managing Director Non Food Jörg Kramer has been Managing Director Non Food at real,- Germany since 2004. He started his career at Kaufhof in 1982 and held various positions in Buying inside and outside the METRO Group. Prior to his current assignment he was Managing Director Non Food at real,- Poland from 2002 til 2003.
	Klaus Sauer (44), Managing Director Food Klaus Sauer has been Managing Director Food at real,- Germany since April 1, 2007. He started his career in METRO C&C Germany in April 1991. He held various positions in Buying and served as Managing Director of MEM (Metro Energy Management) and as General Manager of Metro Group Buying Poland. Prior to his current assignment he was division manager Fresh Food Germany and international advisor for Food and Nonfood issues at METRO Group Buying Germany.
	Andreas Schroedinger (49), HR Director Andreas Schrödinger has been HR Director at real,- Germany since August, 2003. Prior to this Andreas Schrödinger held several management positions in different companies and then as member of the managing board of ABB AG, Mannheim, responsible for personnel and environment.
