Joël Saveuse (57), Chief Executive Officer Joël Saveuse has been CEO of real,- Group (real,- Germany and real,- International) since September 1, 2007. Since April 2008 he is also a Member of the Management Board of METRO AG. Previously he served as General Manager of Metro Cash & Carry in France and Germany and as CEO of La Redoute (RedCats). Prior to his current assignment he was Executive Vice President and CEO Europe for Carrefour.
	Didier Fleury (54), Chief Operating Officer Prior to his assignment as COO at real,- Group on May 1, 2008, Didier Fleury made his international career at Carrefour in France, Spain, Argentina, Greece, Italy and Russia. He started in Operations and held several positions as Country Manager and then as Managing Director Major Distribution at Carrefour International.
	Dr. Hans-Joerg Gidlewitz (46), Chief Administration Officer In February 2009, Dr. Gidlewitz was appointed CAO at real,- Group (real,- Germany and real,- International). He has been working for METRO Group since 2000, where he was head of “International Controlling” at Metro Cash & Carry until February 2005. He has been responsible for “Planning & Controlling” at METRO AG for about four years.
